00 Abstract
THE SHORT VERSION
$UDST — Tetner USD — is a parody meme asset and an ongoing work of internet satire. It is not Tether (USDT). It is not a stablecoin, a currency, a security, a commodity, a yield-bearing instrument, a claim on anything, or a good idea. It is a personality with a ticker, a crown, and a website that took itself far less seriously than this sentence does.
This paper exists because every token has a whitepaper, and the absence of one would suggest we had standards. It documents the lore, the non-economy, the Royal Airdrop, the pseudo-science of retardium, and the legal position of the project in the plainest terms available to us: it’s a joke, it has no value, and no one should spend money on it. The document is written in the register of a serious financial paper because the contrast is the entire bit.
Read it for entertainment. Do not read it for investment advice. There is no investment. There is barely an advice.
A token that does nothing, loudly, on purpose.
$UDST is a parody with no value, no utility, no backing, and no affiliation with Tether Limited. There is nothing to buy. Do not send anyone money for it.
01 Letter from the Throne
A WORD FROM THE KING
To the worthy, the unworthy, and whoever forwarded this at 3 a.m.: welcome to the court.
If you have arrived looking for a stablecoin: wrong castle. If you have arrived looking for a financial product: wrong century. If you have arrived looking for a community of people who understand that the joke is the point: come in, wipe your feet, do not touch the napkin.
I did not build $UDST to make anyone rich. I built it because the sight of a golden coin with a crying wojak on it made me laugh in a way that quarterly earnings never could. The kingdom grew from there. We have a website. We have a monarch. We have an economy in which nothing is bought and nothing is sold, which makes it the only economy on earth with a balanced budget.
A word of caution, because I am a king and kings are legally required to give at least one: do not spend money on this. Not for the coin, not for “access,” not for “gas,” not for a guarantee. There is nothing to buy. Anyone who says otherwise is not from the court. They are from the parking lot.
Be funny. Be kind. Flex responsibly.
If you take one thing from this letter, take the part where I told you not to spend money. The rest is atmosphere.
02 Definitions
WHAT $UDST IS. AND ISN’T.
$UDST is easiest to define by subtraction. Start with a coin. Remove the value. Remove the peg. Remove the utility. Remove the promise. What remains is the brand, the bit, and a community that enjoys both.
IT IS
- A parody meme project
- A fictional “vanity asset”
- A running joke with a website
- A set of wojak memes in a crown
- Airdrop-only, on principle
- A reason to take a screenshot
- Honest about being worthless
IT IS NOT
- Tether (USDT) or any stablecoin
- Backed, pegged, or redeemable
- An investment or security
- A presale, sale, or yield product
- Affiliated with Tether Limited
- Useful, scarce, or valuable
- Financial advice of any kind
2.1 Why “Tetner”?
The name is deliberate. It is one letter away from a very real, very large stablecoin, and that proximity is the joke. Satire works by recognition: you see the shape of the thing, then you notice the wrongness inside it. Tetner is the wrongness.
To be explicit: $UDST is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, backed by, or in any way connected to Tether Limited, Bitfinex, or any issuer of USDT. We do not use their logo. We do not claim their reserves. We do not have reserves. We have a napkin.
“Tether” and “USDT” are the property of their respective owners and are referenced here only to explain what this project is not. “Tetner” is a fictional parody name. The resemblance is the satire, not a partnership.
2.2 What “vanity asset” means
A vanity asset is an asset whose primary function is to be seen. $UDST does not store value; it stores attitude. It is jewelry for the timeline. A screenshot with a ticker. The point is not what it does, but what it says about the person holding it: “I am here, I am unbothered, and I have made peace with the fact that this is not real money.”
Vanity, at least, is honest. It promises nothing and delivers exactly that.
03 The Problem
THE PROBLEM WITH EVERYTHING
Every project needs a problem. Ours is that modern finance has optimized the fun out of existence.
3.1 The Loser Problem
Somewhere right now, a person is checking a stablecoin balance. The balance is fine. The person is not. They own actual USDT, a real instrument with a real peg, and they have never once been invited to a coronation. This is the tragedy of the financially correct: they win the spreadsheet and lose the group chat.
3.2 The Utility Trap
Crypto projects add features until the original joke disappears. A token becomes a platform, the platform becomes a company, and the company becomes a compliance department. Somewhere in that journey, someone forgets to be funny. We refuse the journey. We are staying right here, with the joke, in the lobby.
3.3 The Dignity Gap
Memecoins pretend to be serious to attract capital. Serious coins pretend to be fun to attract users. Both are lying. $UDST takes the only honest position available: it is exactly as unserious as it looks, and it is not trying to attract capital because there is no capital to attract.
We do not solve these problems. We mock them, gently, and then we screenshot ourselves doing it. This is not a business model. It is a bit with a website.
04 The Solution
THE SOLUTION: THE FLEX
The product is the pose. The flex is the utility — and even calling it utility is generous, legally speaking.
The project is built on four design principles, each of which is a commitment to doing less:
- Zero utility by design. Every feature we do not build is a promise we cannot break. There is no yield, no staking, no governance power, no access tier, and no roadmap mechanism that could accidentally become valuable. The absence is the architecture.
- Airdrop only. No sale. No presale. No liquidity pool. Nothing to buy means nothing to shill and nothing to lose. The only entrance is the King’s discretion, which is not a financial mechanism; it is a mood with a distribution plan.
- Meme-first. If a decision makes the project more impressive and less funny, we make the other decision. This is the closest thing we have to a constitution.
- Unbothered governance. One king, one napkin, no committees. The buck stops at the throne and then takes a nap.
4.1 The Flex Loop
RECEIVE LOOT
The King judges. The King drops. The King remains unbothered.
SCREENSHOT IT
The only real use of the coin. The screenshot is the product.
POST THE FLEX
Tag the kingdom. Specify which loser. Precision matters.
RETARDIUM GROWS
No effort required. It happens anyway. Like hair loss.
Fig. 2 — the full economic model. Note the absence of a revenue stream, a token sink, and a reason for any of this. The loop is social. That is the whole machine.
A conventional whitepaper would now introduce a treasury, a flywheel, and a suspiciously specific projection. We have a loop of four jokes and a group chat. It is not less rigorous; it is just more honest about the inputs.
It is not a financial instrument. It is a social one — and even that is a stretch.
4.2 What flexing is not
Flexing is not lying about returns, harassing a named person, or pretending the coin is USDT. Those are not flexes; they are either fraud or a bad personality. The Loser is an archetype. Be normal to actual humans.
Flex on the archetype, not on a named human. Punching down at real people is not derp; it’s just rude. The kingdom has no room for cruelty and even less room for people who make the bit unfun.
05 The Lore
THE LORE (100% CANON)
Every financial document needs an origin story, usually involving a founder, a garage, and an insight. Ours involves a sofa.
5.1 The Genesis of the Golden Derp
In the beginning, there was a napkin. On the napkin was a drawing of a coin with a face that had seen things and understood none of them. The drawing was labeled “TETNER” in the handwriting of a man who had already forgotten what a stablecoin was.
The King found the napkin in a sofa that did not belong to him. He held it up to the light. He declared, with the confidence of a man who has never read a prospectus: “This is money now.” The coin did not object. It had no mechanism by which to object. The kingdom was founded on the spot, in a living room, over a snack.
Historians agree that none of this happened. The napkin, however, is real. We keep it in the archive. The archive is a drawer.
100% canon. 0% verifiable. The drawer is also a metaphor.
5.2 The Two Archetypes
THE LOSER
Holds actual USDT. Checks the balance every four seconds. Sleeps eleven minutes.
THE RETARD
Holds $UDST. Doesn’t know what a stablecoin is. Flexes anyway. Spirit: feral.
| Metric | The Loser | The Retard |
|---|---|---|
| Holds | Actual USDT | $UDST |
| Sleeps | 11 minutes | Whenever, wherever |
| Ears | Open | Decorative |
| Portfolio | Correct | Spiritual |
| Net flex | Zero | +∞ |
| Knows what a stablecoin is | Yes, sadly | No, blissfully |
The Loser and the Retard are archetypes, not real people. Please do not send this table to your brother-in-law.
5.3 The King
The King is a mascot, not a head of state. He has no legal authority, no treasury, and no plan. He does have a crown, which he bought with money that could have been invested in actual USDT. That is the joke.
Royal powers
- Declares airdrops, usually while napping.
- Judges memes with the severity of a small claims court.
- May change his mind, the lore, or this document at any time.
- Can abdicate to a sofa.
Royal limitations
- Cannot create value, backing, or a peg.
- Cannot redeem coins or make anyone whole.
- Cannot guarantee a listing, a price, or a return.
- Cannot return calls, emails, or DMs.
06 Tokenomics
TOKENOMICS, ALLEGEDLY
“Tokenomics” is a serious word for “we made up some numbers.” In the interest of transparency, here are ours, with the numbers clearly labeled as decorative.
| Ticker | $UDST |
|---|---|
| Name | Tetner USD |
| Supply | Whatever the King feels |
| Circulating supply | Classified. Also vibes. |
| Allocation | 100% Royal Airdrop (unissued) |
| Presale / team / liquidity | 0% / 0% / 0% |
| Utility | 0% (proud) |
| Collateral & peg | None. Not even to gravity. |
| Chain / contract |
CA not loaded — check official channels.
EXPLORER ↗
|
| Transferability | Not for sale. Not an investment. |
| Audit | Not applicable. There is nothing to audit. |
The official contract address is shown above when available. If it is not visible, check the official channels. Never trust an address from a DM, comment, or ad.
6.1 Allocation: the only honest chart
A pie chart would imply a pie. This is a bar. It is also 100% unissued, which is a complicated way of saying “nothing yet.”
6.2 Supply policy
The supply is whatever the King feels. This is not a monetary policy; it is a mood. There is no meaningful cap, no emission schedule, no halving, no burn, no buyback, and no mechanism by which any of those numbers affect your life. If you see a dashboard claiming otherwise, it is fan fiction or fraud. Treat both accordingly.
6.3 Value accrual
There is none. The term “value accrual” normally describes a mechanism by which a token captures a share of a protocol’s success. $UDST has no protocol, no success, and no mechanism. It cannot accrue value because there is no value to accrue. This is not a risk factor; it is the design.
6.4 Backing
Nothing. Not dollars, not gold, not a basket of currencies, not a promise, not a handshake, not a wink. The coin is backed by the same thing that backs a drawing of a coin: paper, vibes, and the confidence of a man with a crown.
6.5 Taxes, accounting, and adult responsibilities
You are responsible for your own jurisdiction, records, and accountant. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. If you somehow end up with a tax liability from a worthless parody token, that is a remarkable achievement and entirely your own.
If someone offers to sell you $UDST, you have met a scammer. If someone offers to sell you the right to receive $UDST, you have met a more creative scammer. Block, report, laugh, move on.
07 Distribution
THE ROYAL AIRDROP
The Royal Airdrop is the only distribution mechanism. It is free, discretionary, and entirely unserious. It is also the only part of this paper that resembles a mechanism, so please read the fine print.
DECLARE YOUR DERP
Follow the kingdom’s official channels and greet the court with the worst “gm” you can legally produce.
SUBMIT PROOF OF RETARDATION
Post your finest financial L: the wrong-way trade, the loan for a .com, the “temporary” loan to a cousin. Screenshots welcome. Regret required.
RECEIVE ROYAL MOCKERY + LOOT
The King reviews your case, laughs for the legal record, and airdrops loot calibrated to your derp level — or does not. It is discretionary.
7.1 Eligibility
There is no formula. The King looks for humor, honesty, and a certain structural commitment to being wrong in public. Begging reduces your odds by 420%. DMs asking “wen buy” are read aloud at court. Being cruel to other people is disqualifying; being cruel to your own portfolio is encouraged.
7.2 What the King will never ask for
- Money — not for the coin, not for “gas,” not for “unlock fees.”
- Seed phrases or private keys — never, under any circumstances.
- Exchange logins, card numbers, or identity documents — no.
- Urgency — anyone rushing you is not from the court.
A free airdrop that requires a payment is not an airdrop. It is a mugging with a newsletter. Never pay for free loot. Never share a seed phrase. The King has no treasury and no reason to DM you first.
7.3 Allocation and timing
At the King’s discretion. No schedule, no guarantee, no vesting, no cliff, no TGE, no date. If you are counting on a specific allocation, you have misunderstood both the airdrop and the monarchy.
7.4 Where prohibited
Void where prohibited. This document is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where parody tokens, airdrops, or this sentence are restricted. It is your responsibility to know your local rules. If participating would be unlawful where you are, do not participate. The joke will survive without you.
08 The Non-Metric
RETARDIUM (µRDM)
Retardium (µRDM) is the kingdom’s official non-metric. It measures spiritual derp per holder and has no financial, scientific, medical, or practical application. It cannot be redeemed, transferred, staked, or sold. It is a number that goes up when you post.
8.1 Definition
Retardium: the non-fungible measure of spiritual derp accrued by holding $UDST, posting about it, and refusing to learn. Unit: µRDM. Backing: none. Utility: none. Vibes: load-bearing.
µRDM = (screenshots × 420) + (gms × 69) + (loser mentions × 13) − (calls to buy × 999)
The formula is intentionally wrong. It is also the most rigorous thing in this paper.
8.2 The clinical trial
In a study we did not conduct, 12 out of 12 participants showed measurable retardium growth. The study had no control group, no peer review, no ethics approval, and no participants. Results were significant in the way a feeling is significant. P-value: 🤡.
SWIPE THE CHART
Fig. 3 — retardium over time. The line only goes up because the y-axis is hope.
8.3 What retardium is not
- Not a token. It has no contract, no supply, and no market.
- Not a point system. It cannot be earned, redeemed, or exchanged.
- Not a loyalty program. There are no tiers, perks, or rewards.
- Not a security or financial instrument. It is a joke metric.
- Not a reason to do anything. If a third party offers to convert retardium into money, they are selling you a story. The kingdom has no involvement and no obligation.
09 The Flex Economy
THE FLEX ECONOMY
The economy is a loop of attention. It has no GDP, no inflation, and no central bank, which makes it the cleanest economy ever designed and also not an economy.
RECEIVE LOOT
The King judges. The King drops. The King giveth, or napeth.
SCREENSHOT IT
The only real use of $UDST. Screenshots are the product.
POST #FLEXONTHELOSER
Tag the kingdom. Specify which loser. Precision matters.
RETARDIUM AUTO-UPGRADES
No effort required. It just happens. Like hair loss.
9.1 The screenshot is the product
The coin is a prop. The screenshot is the asset. A flex that is not screenshotted is a tree falling in a forest with no engagement. Take the screenshot. Post it. Do not overthink the medium; the medium is the point.
9.2 Flex wall ethics
The quotes on the main site are fiction. The usernames are invented. Any resemblance to real losers is coincidental, and any resemblance to real winners is a glitch. Flex on the archetype, not on a named human. Harassment is not a personality.
9.3 What not to do
- Do not claim returns, projections, or “upside.” There is none.
- Do not sell $UDST or imply that it can be sold.
- Do not promise listings, partnerships, or exchange access.
- Do not impersonate the King, the court, or the archive.
- Do not ask anyone for money, keys, or “verification.”
- Do not be a scammer with a crown emoji. The crown is load-bearing.
Screenshot. Post. Be funny. Log off. Touch something that is not a screen.
10 Governance
GOVERNANCE BY NAP
The kingdom is an absolute monarchy of one, which is a fancy way of saying the King decides and everyone else makes memes about it.
| Stage | Mechanism |
|---|---|
| Proposal | Anyone can post a meme |
| Debate | Group chat, emojis, one person typing “gm” |
| Vote | None |
| Veto | The King, always |
| Implementation | If the King remembers |
| Accountability | The King naps |
10.1 Why not a DAO?
A DAO would imply shared ownership, formal governance, and a treasury. We have none of those. Adding a governance token to a parody with no value would be like adding a board of directors to a sneeze.
10.2 The advisory council
The council is the group chat. It is non-binding, unpaid, and occasionally muted. Its primary function is to say “gm” and send links. It has no fiduciary duty, no budget, and no minutes. It does have opinions.
10.3 Transparency
This document is the transparency. It says, in several places, that there is nothing here. We will update it when the joke changes. We will not update it to promise you money, because that would be a different document and a worse joke.
10.4 Limits of royal power
The King cannot:
- make $UDST valuable or backed;
- make it USDT, a stablecoin, or a claim on dollars;
- give it utility, yield, or governance rights;
- guarantee a listing, a market, or a buyer;
- return your money, your calls, or your sense of purpose.
He can declare an airdrop and he can nap. That is the full extent of the state.
11 The Plan
THE ROADMAP (A NAPKIN)
The roadmap was originally a napkin. It has since been upgraded to a section of a whitepaper, which is the same thing with better typography.
THE ROADMAP
- make a coin
- make a website
- post vibes
- nap
— the King, probably
THE NAPKIN
- Idea acquired
- Napkin acquired
- Crown purchased
- No research conducted
THE FLEX
- Website launched
- Whitepaper written
- Airdrop mythology codified
- Screenshots, more screenshots
THE UNBOTHERED ERA
- More memes
- Possibly merch
- Still no utility
- Nicer sofa for napping
TOTAL DERP
- 1,000,000 retards served
- The joke achieves escape velocity
- Nothing else changes
- Nap
A roadmap is not a promise. Ours is barely a plan. No dates, no deliverables, no expectation of value. If you need a roadmap to decide whether to participate, the answer is no. The original napkin remains the authoritative source. Where this paper and the napkin disagree, the napkin wins. The napkin is also a napkin.
12 Risk Factors
RISK FACTORS, UNFORTUNATELY
Serious documents have risk factors. Ours are serious for a change. Read them before you do anything, including nothing.
TOTAL LOSS OF NOTHING
You cannot lose money on $UDST if you never spend money on it. That is the recommended position. If you do spend money, you can lose all of it, because there is no asset, no market, and no recourse.
NO MARKET OR LIQUIDITY
There is no exchange, no trading pair, no market maker, and no obligation to create one. You may be unable to sell, transfer, or value anything. This is not a bug; it is the absence of an entire financial system.
IMPERSONATION AND FRAUD — THE REAL ONE
The most likely real-world harm is someone pretending to be us to take your money or keys. We will never DM first, charge for an airdrop, or ask for a seed phrase. Verify links through the main site. If in doubt, do not.
REGULATORY UNCERTAINTY
Parody is not a universal legal shield. Rules vary by jurisdiction and may change. The project is not directed at anyone in a place where it would be unlawful. You are responsible for compliance.
PLATFORM RISK
Social accounts can be suspended, sites can go down, domains can lapse, and archives can be lost. We owe you no continuity. Screenshot the jokes you love; they may be the only copy.
MEME DECAY
The joke may stop being funny. Interest may fade. The King may abdicate. There is no obligation to continue the project, and no mechanism to compensate you if it stops.
TECHNICAL RISK
If a token contract is ever deployed, it may contain bugs or be exploited. There is no audit, no insurance, and no remediation fund. Do not treat any contract as safe because a website with a crown told you about it.
TAX AND ACCOUNTING
You are responsible for your own tax position. We provide no advice and no records. If your jurisdiction taxes vibes, that is between you and your jurisdiction.
KING RISK
The King is a person or persons unknown, with a crown and a nap. Moods change. Naps happen. The throne is not a fiduciary, a custodian, or a reliable counterparty.
Treat $UDST as entertainment. Do not spend money. Do not share keys. Do not expect value. If that sounds boring, it is. Boring is the point.
13 FAQ
QUESTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
Is $UDST real USDT?
No. Read it again, but slower. $UDST (“Tetner USD”) is a parody meme token. It is not Tether, not a stablecoin, not backed by dollars, and not affiliated with Tether Limited or any financial institution in any way, shape, or derp.
Can I buy $UDST?
No. There is no button. There is no swap. There is no market. The only entrance is the Royal Airdrop. If someone offers to sell you $UDST, you have met a scammer. Flex on them by blocking.
What is it backed by?
Nothing. Not dollars, not gold, not a treasury, not a promise. The coin is backed by the same thing that backs a drawing of a coin: paper, vibes, and the confidence of a man with a crown.
What is the supply?
Whatever the King feels. This is not a monetary policy; it is a mood. Any dashboard quoting a precise, meaningful supply is fan fiction or fraud.
Will it be listed on an exchange?
There is nothing to list. No listing is promised, planned, or implied. If an exchange announces a $UDST market, verify it independently; it is probably not us, and it is definitely not endorsed.
Is there a contract address?
The official contract address is displayed at the top of this document when available. If it is not shown there, it is not official. Never trust an address from a DM, a comment, or a dream. We will never ask for a seed phrase or a payment.
Can I lose money?
Only if you spend money, which you should not. There is no asset to lose. If you pay someone for $UDST, you have lost money to a scammer, not invested in a token.
Is this financial advice?
This is financial apathy. Nothing here is advice, an offer, or an investment product. If you take advice from a website this gorgeous, the retardium has already begun.
Who is the Loser? Can I tag him?
The Loser is an archetype, not a named person. Do not harass real humans in the name of the bit. If a specific person reminds you of the archetype, keep it to yourself. We mean it.
Can I contribute memes or art?
The court accepts memes. There is no payment, no equity, no governance power, and no guarantee of credit. It is a gift economy with a crown. If that sounds unfair, it is also extremely on-brand.
14 Legal
THE UNFUN BUT LEGALLY NECESSARY PART
This section is written plainly on purpose. It is the part we would rather not need. Read it once, then go back to the jokes.
14.1 Parody and affiliation
$UDST (“Tetner USD”) is a parody and satirical project. “Tetner” is a fictional name. The project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, backed by, or connected to Tether Limited, Bitfinex, or any issuer, exchange, or financial institution. References to Tether (USDT) are nominative and exist only to explain what this project is not. No Tether logo, trademark, or proprietary material is used.
14.2 No offer, solicitation, or advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or acquire any security, commodity, financial instrument, or asset. Nothing here should be relied upon for any decision. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction if you need actual advice. This document is entertainment.
14.3 No value, utility, or expectation of return
$UDST has no monetary value, no utility, no backing, no peg, and no expectation of financial return. It is not redeemable for anything. There is no market, no liquidity, and no mechanism by which it could appreciate. Any statement in this document that resembles a projection, promise, or price target is a joke, not a representation. Do not spend money on $UDST. There is nothing to buy.
14.4 Airdrop terms
Any distribution is free, discretionary, and without consideration. No purchase or payment is necessary or requested. There is no guarantee of an allocation, a timeline, or a distribution at all. Distributions are void where prohibited and are not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where they would be unlawful. You are responsible for your own tax treatment and legal compliance. Never share a seed phrase or private key. The project will never request a payment, a seed phrase, or exchange credentials.
14.5 No warranty; limitation of liability
This site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project, its authors, and its mascots are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use this site — including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, dignity, or a good afternoon.
14.6 Forward-looking statements
Statements about the future — roadmaps, phases, airdrops, “eventually,” “someday,” and “when the King remembers” — are forward-looking jokes. They are not guarantees, commitments, or predictions. Actual events may differ, probably by not happening. We undertake no obligation to update any statement, except when it becomes funnier.
14.7 Third-party links and platforms
Links to third-party sites, social platforms, or tools are provided for convenience only. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or existence. If a link asks you for money or keys, close it.
14.8 Intellectual property
The $UDST name, site copy, and original artwork are part of a parody project. You may share memes and screenshots for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not use the project to imply affiliation with Tether, Bitfinex, or any real financial institution. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Nothing here grants you a license to mislead anyone.
14.9 Severability and jurisdiction
If any provision of this document is found unenforceable or unlawful in your jurisdiction, that provision does not apply to you, and the remainder remains a joke. This document is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its distribution would be unlawful. You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws.
It is a parody. It has no value. It is not Tether. It is not for sale. It is not advice. Do not send money. Do not share keys. If you are unsure, do nothing. That is the entire legal strategy, and it is working.
